| Use at rates of 100-150 cc/100 lit of water for foliar sprays with good leaf coverage. Repeat at intervals of 10 days or more. Avoid spraying with high rates during the warmer hours of the day. Make a trial in a small scale in the case of sensitive crops. Avoid spraying crops that bear hairy fruits during the ripening months, use only at the very early stages of fruit set. For the flowering plants make a trial in a small scale. Avoid spraying open flowers. |
| Plants produce their own essential oils for the needs of their chemical communication with other species and other groups of organisms such as insects and microorganisms. External application of such aromatic oils acts on these complex relationships, with beneficial to the plant results for improved yield and vigour. |
